The best way to audition a loudspeaker is in your own home with your own system. For this reason, the Jordan Greenwich, Marlow and Marlow EV have a 30-day trial period. We want you to be entirely happy with our loudspeakers but if you don’t fall in love with them, here’s what to do to return them.
You can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price. We will organise the return shipping and all you pay is a £35 (excluding VAT) restock fee.
The loudspeakers must be in “as new” condition, with no visual or electrical damage. They must be returned in their original packaging, including cloth covers and any supplied accessories and instruction sheet. Before returning, contact us to arrange collection and insurance. We will send you return authorisation and shipping labels. If the shipping carton was damaged in the original shipping, please send us a photograph so we can assess whether to send a replacement.
Terms
– The loudspeakers must be in as new condition when returned. We reserve the right to reduce or withhold a full refund if the loudspeakers are damaged or marked in any way.
– EJ Jordan Ltd is responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and any customs costs incurred, the customer agrees to pay a £35 (exc VAT) restock fee.
– This Returns Policy only applies to the Jordan Greenwich, Marlow and Marlow EV loudspeakers. It does not cover purchase of the Jordan Eikona drive units.
